Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service and your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

boa.tools is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside of our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office. If the issue continues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. boa.tools cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
