Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at sales@boatools.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size (if applicable). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
